2) The eligibility criteria for various entry levels is the following: |
|
| |
a) Diploma 1st Year – 10th pass or equivalent with minimum 50% Aggregate. |
|
| |
b) Diploma lateral entry – 10 + 2 years ITI certificate in Engineering trades or 10+2 years vocational(IN ENGINEERING STREAMS ONLY) with minimum 50% Aggregate. |
|
| |
c) B.Tech 1st Year – 10 + 2 pass (PCM) with minimum aggregate of 50% in PCM. |
|
| |
d) B.Tech lateral entry – 3 years diploma in any branch of Engineering or B.Sc(PCM) Or Bachelor of Computer Application(BCA) or Bachelor of Computer Science(BCS) or Equivalent with minimum 50% Aggregate. |
|
| |
NOTE: THE RESERVED CATEGORY STUDENTS WILL BE ADMITTED AS PER THE GOVT. OF INDIA RULES. |

3) Before attempting to fill up your application form, Please have the following in hand : |
|
| |
a) A Demand Draft for Rs. 500/- ( RUPEES FIVE HUNDRED ONLY ) drawn in favour of "IGNOU-VIEP INSTITUTION FEE A/c" payable at New Delhi. |
|
| |
Please note that, You will not able to submit your filled in application form, without the DD Details. |
|
| |
b) A soft copy of your photograph. |
| |
The recommended Image size : 137px X 175px of Resolution less than 100 in JPEG, BMP or GIF Format. |
| |
Please note that, If photographs are with higher resolution it will not be accepted and it will ask you to reload the photograph and you will not be able to complete the submission of your application without uploading your photograph. |

4) After completion of filling up your application, please click on the "SUBMIT" button in the bottom. |
|
| |
5) After submitting the form, Please click on the "PRINT" button. |
|
| |
6) On submission, you will be allotted an Application number, which you have to refer in all further communications until you are admitted to the University and a Formal Enrollment number is provided. |
|
| |
7) You have to take two copies. |
|
| |
8) Keep one copy for your reference. |
|
| |
9) The other copy to be attached with the DD, 2 Passport size Photographs, Copies of relevant documents to prove your Eligibility and after duly signing yourself and by your parent send to the following address through Registered Post with acknowledgement due. |

10) Your Application on receipt, will be verified and will be duly acknowledged by email automatically after validation. |

Important Note : Application once submitted online cannot be edited/corrected by the students/centres.
Incase if it is entered wrongly, please send a mail providing all the relevant details so as to enable us to correct the same. Please do not forget to mention the application no in that mail.
